Pictures!

I spend some time today at the coffee shop getting pictures together. I don't know if the pictures I post today will work, but I noticed if you click on the pictures from my last post, it will go into the slideshow with the 4-leaf clovers.

I am really enjoying living on my own. I have met some people in west seattle and have been going out on the weekends, Tuesdays with Megan and usually on Thursdays too. Work has still been busy and I am getting really excited for my trip back to Minnesota in a few weeks. The weather here...pretty much sucks. It is getting better, but I am used to hot weather at this time, and it is NOT hot here. It is suppose to get to 80 next weekend, but if it does that once in a grey blue moon and then gets cold again or in the sixties. It is the first time that I have thought I can not live the rest of my life here! I like the 90 degree weather! Although, I do have to admit that there are no screens on windows here because there are no bugs!!! I have busy weekends planned for the next few weeks and then will be home for Rodeo!

Well, I took these pictues mainly because my mom kept asking questions, but here are a few pictures of my new home. Keep in mind that I am still in the process! I guess I will take the time to tell you how extremely difficult it has been to move. First off, Megan and Carley are booked! They have busy lives and were unable to help me move....This is were you begin to really miss your dad (and his friends!) Anyways, My friend, Lindsay and I, moved everything pretty much by ourselves. First, We took a queen mattress and box spring from Megan and Carleys and put on top of Lindsay's Maxima. This was last Sunday. Believe me when I say, what an adventure! Then on Friday, I received a call from Lindsay (who also works for Countrywide - In another office) who told me that our Reginal was moving back to Vegas and had a house full of stuff he needed to get rid of and that if we went there we could take it! So, after paying for my couch to be delivered on Saturday morning, Lindsay and I decided to rent a Uhaul and go to the reginal's to take mutliple things, included a California King bed for me. We got there (In clyde hill, which is a rich part of Seattle - Bellvue) and he and his wife had the most beautiful house and furniture. WE WILL TAKE IT ALL!

All was going great, Lindsay was driving great (I will tell you here that Lindsay is the same size as me and we were driving a 14ft UHAUL!), until we pulled into the wrong parking lot! This parking lot was full of cars and we attempted to get out of it. I got out of the UHAUL and tried to direct and before you knew it she was parked ontop of another car!F**K! This free stuff is going to cost us! Needless to say, she had to back up, or take off the whole back end of a car! We left a note, and tried another strategy.....I will not tell you the story here of a guy willing to help, saying he could do it and then HITTING ANOTHER CAR!!!! What do you do....What is done, is done and now all you can do is laugh about it and pay the bill! Try explaining that one to your insurance....

UPDATE WELL NEEDED!

Well, life has just been crazy the last few weeks! First, I will start with Vegas! I will also say that I (and a few of the ones I was with) SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED IN VEGAS! Best vacation I have ever had by far! Drinking, friends, laughing, clubs, gambling.....Who wouldn't love it there! Below are just a few of the hundreds of pictures we all accumulated.

What a blast! All was great until the last day when my plane broke and they started booking people up in hotels! At this point, 6 days in Vegas was enough and I needed to get the hell out of that city!!

Next big news, I have my own place! FINALLY! I am so excited about it. It is in West Seattle on Alki beach where this summer might get a little crazy! I plan on playing lots of beach volleyball and enjoying life with beautiful views and plenty to do! It is Sunday night and I spent time this weekend taking loads over there. I hope to be sleeping there tomorrow and all moved in with my new couch (which by the way is super cute!) by next weekend! I am exhausted from this weekend and from Vegas. I went to BBQ's both Friday and Saturday night and need to get some things done tonight yet, so I will try and update shortly!
